Osborne Lodge Stays COVID FREE!

We are extremely proud to announce that all our residents have stayed 100% safe and free from COVID, throughout this very unsettling and challenging pandemic. 

Our amazing team have stayed vigilant throughout, and followed the strictest of safety procedures to ensure we protected our home and it’s residents. 

We are delighted that all residents and staff have now been vaccinated against COVID. We are looking forward to the future, especially getting our residents back out and about and resuming our day trips and family social events. Thank you to everyone for their patience and co-operation during this time.

Osborne Lodge completes £1 million care home re-furbishment

Osborne Lodge, the well established, centrally located, New Milton care home announces completion of a three-year re-furbishment program.

The home has always provided high quality facilities for its residents and now has enhanced these with additional quiet-lounge facilities, new bathrooms, laundry, hairdresser, a new lift and decorative re-furbishment throughout the home.

In addition to the resident facilities and decoration, the home has upgraded all of its water, electrical, heating and drainage services. Importantly the latest fire systems have been installed, with individual sensors for every room and additional stairways.

Owner Anita Gray said: “We are a family business and focus on good care provided by experienced caring staff as well as a comfortable environment. We try to be big enough to provide a good range of facilities but never losing the warmth of a smaller home. The aim has been to retain that feeling throughout the re-furbishment process.
